Plug that flash drive on the PS4, and on the dashboard open the I Am Setsuna soundtrack that was installed. It'll give you an option to copy the music on to the flash drive. You then could either play it on the media player or copy the file to a PC. Once you have opened the PlayStation Music icon, the system will prompt you to download the Spotify app for PlayStation 4. Open the Spotify app on the PS4 once the download has been completed. Follow the prompts to either add your existing Spotify account to the PlayStation Network or create a new account.
