And as suggested, you can transfer all of those files from the single-player saves folder to you friend via the usual methods. See also r/realms. Worlds are in bltadwin.ruaft folder, search %appdata% in file explorer and go bltadwin.ruaft, then saves, then copy your world file from there. 3 - send this world file to your friends, then they can put it in their saves folder and play it themselves. do this over email or share it w them to download over google drive if the file is too big.
